What is a Bed & Breakfast? Is it a hotel?
A Bed & Breakfast is a small, family-run accommodation: the owners use part of their own house to offer rooms and breakfast.
B&B L'Incanto del Mare is not a hotel, so some hotel services are not available (shuttle, private beach, private parking, half board, etc.).
Which services are included (free of charge)?
Breakfast (from June to September); private bathroom; room cleaning and change of linen; air conditioning; use of the kitchenette (not in the room), only to prepare meals for children.
Which services are NOT available?
- No private parking ..there are free parking spaces (white lines) 200-500 metres from the B&B.
- No half board or full board. ..the kitchenette is only used to prepare meals for children.
- No private beach. ..the beach is 100 metres from the B&B (mostly free, with a beach club).
- No shuttle service.
Do guests share the house (rooms, bathrooms, stairs, corridors) with the owners?
No. Guests have their own part of the house (first and second floor). The owners live in the same building, but in a separate part.
The common area is the breakfast/living room, where you can meet the owners (check-in/check-out or information).
Do I need a car to reach the centre of Acciaroli and the beach?
No, both the centre and the beach are within walking distance. Restaurants, pizzerias, cinema, supermarket, shops and the bus stop are all reachable on foot.
Is there a beach club?
The beach is 100 metres from the Bed & Breakfast. It is mostly free, with a beach club where you can book umbrellas and sun loungers.
The free beach is also clean and well kept, and it is never too crowded.
Is the price per room or per person?
The price is per room, for 2 adults.
What is included in breakfast?
Breakfast is self-service. From June to September, every morning you will find a generous continental breakfast with espresso, cappuccino, American coffee, milk, butter, cream, tea, fruit juices, yoghurt, biscuits, croissants, rusks, jams and Nutella.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2 pm. If the room is ready earlier, you can go in during the morning; in any case, from 9 am you can collect the keys and leave your luggage. Check-out is by 9:30 am.
On which floor is the B&B?
The B&B is on several levels. On the ground floor there is a common area with sofas and tables where breakfast is served, and a kitchenette with a fridge. On the first floor there are two rooms with their bathrooms (Panoramic Room and Room with Terrace). On the second floor there is only the Attic Room and its bathroom.
Are the rooms quiet and private?
Yes. The rooms have soundproof windows, a private bathroom, TV and full furniture. All rooms, bathrooms included, have natural light.
Are bed linen and towels provided?
Yes, we provide linen and towels, changed twice a week.
Are there non-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking: smoking is allowed only in the outdoor areas.
Can I set the temperature in my room?
Yes, each guest can adjust the temperature from inside the room. Please avoid extremes: the building is very well insulated.
Is there a TV in the rooms?
Yes, all rooms have an LCD TV.
Where is the bus stop to and from Acciaroli?
Buses stop at the harbour of Acciaroli, about 200 metres away.
Can guests come back late?
Yes, you will have the keys of both your room and the front door. Out of respect for the other guests, you can come back at any time.
Which is the nearest railway station?
Agropoli - Castellabate. From the station a bus goes to Acciaroli (about 30 minutes).
